Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us with the details of the order.

Cancellation would be accepted only within 12 hours after the order is placed. Cancellation thereafter will be at the discretion of competent authority at Sadguru world. For Cancellation, an email must be sent to sadguru.jersey.world@gmail.com with complete details of the purchase and reason for cancellation.

If you receive a faulty or damaged product drop a whats-app message with your order ID & email id / Registered mobile number on +9188505 58359. We will send you a replacement immediately and we will give you the address of our nearest warehouse on which you’ll have to ship the damaged /faulty jersey back to us. The cost of this return shipment has to be borne by you and will be reimbursed by us. If replacement is not available, refund will be done via digital mode of payment on delivery of the return jersey. Kindly make sure the jersey is in the original condition with all tags intact. If not then the refund would be declined

The courier company tries its best to deliver your order in the first instance .Incase you are unavailable at the given address,the courier will call you and attempt the delivery three times for consecutive days. if still the order is not received by the customer only than the package is returned to us after 18-20 business working days (post courier company investigation for failed delivery). After receiving we will reship the order adding extra delivery charge .

NO RETURN AND REFUND IS APPLICABLE ON CUSTOMIZED ORDERS. Returns: We ACCEPT returns only if the jersey provided to you is damaged . In such a case, drop a whats-app message with your order ID & email id / Registered mobile number on our official whats-app number +9188505 58359 and we will give you the address of our nearest warehouse on which you’ll have to ship the jersey back to us. We’ll take care of the rest and replace it ASAP.
