Cancellation:
1. Cancellation would be accepted only within 12 hours after the order is placed. Cancellation thereafter will be at the discretion of competent authority at Sadguru world.
2. For Cancellation, an email must be sent to sadguru.jersey.world@gmail.com with complete details of the purchase and reason for cancellation.
NO RETURN AND REFUND IS APPLICABLE ON CUSTOMIZED ORDERS.
Returns:
We ACCEPT returns only if the jersey provided to you is damaged . In such a case, drop a whats-app message with your order ID & email id / Registered mobile number on our official whats-app number +9188505 58359 and we will give you the address of our nearest warehouse on which you’ll have to ship the jersey back to us. The cost of this return shipment has to be born by you and will be reimbursed by us.
Refund will be done via digital mode of payment on delivery of the return jersey. Kindly make sure the jersey is in the original condition with all tags intact. If not then the refund would be declined.
In case if there is a manufacturing defect in the jersey, then kindly take an image of the same and drop a text on our whats-app number +9188505 58359 or mail us at sadguru.jersey.world@gmail.com with your order ID and email id within 48 hrs of recieving the product. . We’ll take care of the rest and replace it ASAP.
Exchange:
ONLY DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS WILL BE EXCHANGED.
